Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring high performance and efficiency in production while adhering to industry regulations and standards. This role is critical in managing budgets, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality within the food manufacturing sector.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production process to ensure high efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and manage production budgets, monitor variances, and address discrepancies.
• Implement and supervise compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Facilitate change management processes to adapt to new technologies and methods in manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of FDA, USDA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
• Experience with budget management and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in process optimization and change management.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
