**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment where you will engage in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. As part of the team, you will use weld fixtures and symbols to complete units efficiently, averaging 2,000-2,500 welds per day. Your work will be critical in maintaining consistent and high-quality cosmetic welding. **Responsibilities** + Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols. + Load metal onto fixtures, weld sections of units, and pass units to the next welder. + Ensure cosmetic welding is consistent and meets quality standards. + Maintain productivity in a team-based weld cell environment. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret weld symbols. + Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. + Strong memorization skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production-based welding environments. + Ability to work in a hot, physical environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance options with HSA or Traditional plans, Delta Dental, and Vision VSP. The role is physically demanding, requiring bending, twisting, and lifting all day. The work is production-based, and reliability is key, with attendance being closely monitored. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
