Job Title : Infrastructure & Facilities Project Manager (State Government, BMS, VOIP, Networking)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading infrastructure projects, including building management systems, temperature monitoring systems, VoIP, wireless access, and related technologies, with responsibility for project execution and control, budget management, Microsoft Project schedules, scope management, status reporting, communication plans, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a primary liaison between requesting entities (government agencies or private organizations) and vendors, managing projects from requirements gathering through full implementation.
• Experience collaborating with architecture and infrastructure teams to analyze and understand technical requirements for integrating central servers, facility systems, and associated network components.
• Strong project leadership experience managing initiatives with direct stakeholder engagement at the state government director level and above.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects related to facility relocations and new facility construction.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining system and project documentation, including context diagrams, high-level entity relationship diagrams, logical data models, high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, process flows, use cases, current-state and future-state models, business requirements documents, non-functional requirements, and test plans.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood, documented, communicated, and successfully delivered.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
