Work profile
- Regional flatbed operation with repeat lanes
- Steel freight including pipe and flat steel
- No coil freight
- Weekly mileage typically ranges from 2,300 to 2,800
- Weekend home time every week
Earnings and pay structure
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,700
- 27% of weekly gross revenue
- $300 weekly per diem
- Direct deposit paid every Friday
- $5,000 sign on bonus available
- $1,500 paid after first completed delivery

Driver qualifications
- Valid CDL A license required
- Minimum of one year Class A OTR experience
- At least six months flatbed experience within the last five years
- Previous steel hauling experience with pipe or flat steel
- Driving record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
- No recent DOT violations, preventable accidents, or safety related terminations
- Urine drug screening required
- SAP drivers not eligible
