Belle Fleur is a family-run floral studio rooted in the refined elegance of the French Garden style. Known for impeccable spiraled bouquets and classic-modern design, we’re inviting a seasoned floral designer to join our close-knit Manhattan team...someone who thrives on collaboration, luxury blooms, a discerning clientele, and taking design from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design beautiful French garden–style arrangements and hand-tied spiraled bouquets for events and our busy gifting business.
• Work closely with clients, planners and venues on proposals, mood boards, and site visits, bringing their visions to life.
• Work with the team from prepping to on-site installations.
• Collaborate with a team where every role matters. Being willing and ready to condition flowers, deliver flowers, meet with clients, take phone orders.
• Build lasting client relationships with professionalism and kindness.
• Be a part of creative meetings to explore new marketing ideas and design concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of floral design experience in luxury/high-end settings. Applicants must have worked in a flower business for 3+ years.
• Mastery of hand-tied spiral technique and an eye for refined, garden-forward aesthetics.
• Confidence in client-facing roles and excellent communication.
• Energetic, hands-on, and ready for the physical nature of event work. Able to lift 30-40lbs. There is flower labor involved.
• Passion for detail, quality, and teamwork.
• Willing to work on occasional wedding weekends, as well as early mornings and late nights. This isn’t the norm, but must be able to commit when needed.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience (40hr work week) + benefits. There is eligibility for overtime after a 40hr workweek.
