Submit timely clarification questions during the construction bid process.
Prepare detailed estimates for shingle and siding projects by gathering and analyzing proposals, performing onsite inspections, reviewing blueprints, specifications, and related project documents.
Calculate labor, material, equipment, and time requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
Attend construction pre-bid, pre-construction, and post-construction meetings as needed.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to discuss project needs, resolve issues, and refine estimates.
Participate in team efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Maintain high accuracy, strong organization, and timely completion of all estimating tasks.
Equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
Proven ability to read blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple estimating tasks.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
