We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities and Aircraft Cleaning Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for keeping our hangar, offices, and aircraft clean, organized, and presentable, while also assisting with light maintenance tasks. The position begins as a part-time, contract role (10–20 hours per week) with the potential for growth into part-time employment and expanded hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities
•    Clean and maintain hangar facilities, including floors, windows, and common areas.
•    Perform routine office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restrooms, etc.).
•    Assist with interior and exterior aircraft cleaning and detailing.
•    Support basic facility maintenance tasks (light repairs, organizing supplies, etc.).
•    Help maintain a safe, professional, and orderly work environment.
•    Handle tasks that may require working in heat, cold, or physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications
•    Previous experience in cleaning, custodial, or light maintenance roles preferred but not required.
•    Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
•    Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
•    Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including outdoor conditions.
•    Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
•    Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation & Schedule
•    Starting as a contract position, 10–20 hours per week.
•    Flexible scheduling; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
•    Opportunity for increased hours and part-time employment as business needs grow.
