Job Summary The Business Analysis Manager will play a pivotal role in leveraging Power Apps and D365 technologies to drive business solutions. With a focus on data integration and customer insights the candidate will enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of financial and performance reporting ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Job Location: Remote Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of business solutions using Power Apps and D365 technologies to optimize processes.
- Oversee the integration of D365 Common Data Service to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Provide insights through D365 Customer Insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for effective solution design.
- Ensure the alignment of business solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support financial and performance reporting initiatives to provide accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the defined timelines.
- Utilize domain expertise in fund operations to enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve business solutions.
Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in Power Apps
- Canvas Apps and D365 Integrations CDS.
- Demonstrate proficiency in D365 Customer Insights
- Data and D365 Common Data Service.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with a focus on financial and performance reporting.
- Have a solid understanding of fund operations and their impact on business processes.
- Show capability in working within a hybrid work model adapting to both in-office and remote environments.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with 10 to 12 years of experience in business analysis.
Salary And Other Compensation - Applications will be accepted until Oct 3,2025.
- The yearly salary for this position is between $115,000 –$125,000 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
