At Semper SolR, we’re hiring energetic Solar Appointment Setters to join our team! You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, helping them qualify for free solar consultations while developing communication, confidence, and real-world sales skills.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers in the field to introduce them to our solar solutions, creating a positive first impression.
• Qualify homeowners for free solar consultations by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for successful consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system, supporting our data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills, contributing to your professional growth.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and market trends, helping us refine our approach and offerings.
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to various weather conditions.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and data.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
