As a Snow Plow Operator, you will be an essential part of the team, ensuring parking lots are cleared efficiently and safely during snow events. This role offers the opportunity to work with a skilled team, operate advanced equipment, and make a direct impact on the safety of customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as Skid Steers, Backhoes, Wheel Loaders, and Ag Tractors with large containment pushers to remove snow from parking lots.
• Ensure timely and effective snow removal in accordance with company standards.
• Work closely with the site foreman to coordinate snow removal efforts and achieve optimal results.
• Maintain a professional, nonsmoking work environment (smokeless tobacco permitted).
• Prepare for work in challenging weather conditions by bringing appropriate clothing for wet, cold, and windy environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of snow plowing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation

$30 - $40 per hour , depending on experience.

Schedule

• Part-time, on-call position based on snow events.
• Must be available 24/7, with frequent early morning call-ins (typically around 2 A.M.).
• Shifts generally last 6-8 hours, but may extend to 15+ hours depending on weather conditions.
