**Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic** **Job Description** Join our team as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in our fabrication shop, crafting and delivering high-quality sheet metal products. You will work with advanced machinery and contribute to maintaining the operational efficiency of our warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate sheet metal in the fabrication shop using automated drop shears and 10-foot brakes. + Perform light maintenance around the warehouse, including sweeping, cleaning, and changing tires on carts. + Load and unload materials to and from trucks efficiently and safely. + Deliver sheet metal to various job sites around Rochester using a company-provided truck. **Essential Skills** + Experience working with sheet metal equipment. + Mechanical aptitude. + Valid driver's license. + Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and working with automated machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in sheet metal or relevant experience. + Experience in a warehouse setting with general tasks and responsibilities. + Ability to work on your feet all day. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefit of having all PPE provided, including uniforms, hoodies, t-shirts, and a boot allowance. The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
