We're Hiring: Salon Front Desk Coordinator

Are you passionate about beauty, organization, and delivering an amazing customer experience? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our salon!

Location: Mercato Shops Naples

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

‍♀️ Industry: Beauty / Salon

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude
• Manage phone calls, bookings, and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate stylist schedules to maximize efficiency
• Process payments, retail sales, and client checkouts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk environment
• Support salon staff with daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with excellent communication skills
• Organized, punctual, and proactive
• Comfortable with computers and salon booking systems is a plus!
• Previous salon or customer service experience preferred
• Passionate about the beauty industry and creating great experiences
