o Day to day lead on a growing book of client projects, ensuring automation solutions are delivered on time and budget
o Full lifecycle management of robotic process automation solutions from initiation to handover
o Ensure client stakeholders are managed effectively & updated on progress, with risks and issues managed
o Work closely with client RPA CoE teams and our PMO to ensure all automations have measurable benefits and are aligned with strategic business objectives, so that work packages are signed off
o Monitoring all aspects of the project lifecycle
o Ensuring our robotic process project documentation is fit for purpose and of a consistently high standard across engagements
o Release management, scope management and change management
Risk, issue management and resolution
o Communication and effective relationship management with vendor partners– Sales & Pre-Sales
o Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (Business, IT)
• Project/ Program Management experience within dynamic environments, working on Digital Transformation programs
• People management experience
• Client stakeholder management
• Bid management
• Tech savvy with a working knowledge of leading RPA tools (UiPath etc.)
• Consultancy/ professional services pedigree
