Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, team development experience, and an analytical mindset to help elevate our store performance and maintain a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure coverage at all times.
Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
Work with upper management to implement marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure availability and minimize loss.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to analyze sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
