Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, team development experience, and an analytical mindset to help elevate our store performance and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.

  • Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure coverage at all times.

  • Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.

  • Work with upper management to implement marketing initiatives and sales promotions.

  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure availability and minimize loss.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a retail environment.

  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
