Job Description:
Drive delivery for a new product initiative using LEAN and Agile practices in a hybrid Program Manager/Scrum Master role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead new product development initiatives in a LEAN/POC environment
Manage program timelines and track key milestones
Run Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery rhythm
Coordinate weekly releases and ensure delivery continuity
Facilitate requirements validation through customer engagement
Align cross-functional stakeholders to program goals
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Experience in large enterprise environments
Strong technical background (ideally from tech-focused teams)
Proven track record leading Agile/LEAN initiatives
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in health tech or regulated industries
Exposure to customer-facing program management roles
Familiarity with offshore team collaboration
