We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team and bring authentic, high-quality pizza to our guests. The ideal candidate has a deep respect for traditional techniques, a flair for creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional and modern techniques
• Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings, and operate wood-fired or deck ovens
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal or specialty pizzas
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef
• Knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary school training or certification (preferred but not required
