Healthy Living Primary Care is a physician-owned, team-based practice in California with integrated behavioral health services. We are committed to affordable, accessible care and use an AI-enabled EMR with scribe support plus full administrative assistance (scheduling, billing, prior auths, patient communication) so our providers can focus on patient care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psych experience to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, starting part-time with growth potential.
Start: 1 day per week (8 hours)
Clinical Care: :6 hours of direct outpatient psychiatric visits
New patients: 60-minute evaluations
Follow-ups: 30-minute visits (medication management + supportive psychotherapy)
Typical day = :810 visits
Collaborative Care (CoCM) Support: :1 hour per week reviewing cases with therapists
Future Growth: Opportunity to expand clinic days as patient panel builds
Compensation
$50$80 per hour (depending on experience and training)
8-hour day = $400$640 per clinic day
CoCM participation included in daily hours
Opportunity to increase hours as panel expands
Requirements
PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA with psychiatric experience
Licensed in California
Comfortable with telemedicine and EMR documentation
Strong interest in collaborative, team-based care
Experience in outpatient psychiatry required
