Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Litigation Attorney to serve in an Of Counsel capacity on a contract basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a Florida-licensed attorney who enjoys meaningful client work without the overhead of managing a firm. You’ll collaborate directly with our Managing Shareholder on complex matters and help deliver exceptional service to discerning clients. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to do excellent legal work within a values-driven firm. You’ll be compensated per matter, per project, or on an hourly basis—depending on your area of practice and client needs. Responsibilities: • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex commercial litigation • Managing litigation strategy, depositions, and hearings • Supporting trial preparation and trial work (state and federal court) • Offering strategic insight in case planning and client meetings • Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining high professional standards • Managing projects with autonomy while aligning with firm goals Qualifications: • Florida Bar license in good standing • 10+ years of relevant experience in business litigation matters • Ability to independently manage matters or serve as senior support to Managing Shareholder • Excellent legal writing, judgment, and client communication skills • A collaborative mindset and high level of integrity • Comfortable with part-time, contract-based work with flexible caseload About Company: We are the premier boutique business law firm in Jupiter, Florida, providing business litigation, transactional counsel, and general counsel services to protect what clients have built and help them grow with confidence.
