Job Specifics:

• Location: 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, WI 54301
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• FTE Status: 0.50 FTE, Part-Time
• Work Schedule: Mix of day and p.m. shifts, with an every other weekend requirement; Day shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm and P.m. shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Job Description:

• Conducts 15 minute checks of patients on the unit
  
  
• Helps with the admissions and the discharge of patients on the unit
  
  
• Walks the patients to their meals
  
  
• Assists in the general supervision of patients on the unit
  
  
• Aids in the supervision of patient mealtimes and visitation
  
  
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Specialists, LPN’s, and Student Nurse Technicians
  
  
• Applicant will be responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
  
  
• This position will be working on the Adult Unit of the Inpatient Facility

Qualifications:

• Applicant is required to be listed on the state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU)
