Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality medical devices, is seeking an Operator I to join their team. As an Operator I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams, including Etch, Formation, Assembly, and Final Test. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title: Medical Assembler** **Liberty, SC 29657** **Shift:** 7:30am - 5:30pm - $15.25 ️ Mon - Thurs 5:30pm - 3:30am - $16.78 (Training will be on 1st shift first 2 weeks) ️ Mon - Thurs **What's the Job?** + Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, and related medical device assemblies. + Follow standardized procedures to maintain accurate records, ensuring all parts are traceable. + Collaborate with supervisors and manufacturing teams to enhance quality and production processes. + Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during all operations. + Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including during tours. **What's Needed?** + Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions. + Strong decision-making and prioritization skills. + Ability to handle small components and parts with precision. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with 10-hour shifts + Overtime opportunities + Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. + Gain valuable experience working with medical device production.
