We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Associate to represent our charity partners at local events, community centers, and retail locations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, engaging with their community, and supporting meaningful causes.
No experience required — full paid training provided.
Serve as a professional, compassionate Brand Representative for nonprofit partners
Assist with event setup, coordination, and outreach activities
Represent charitable missions through public engagement and community outreach
Support event planning, grassroots fundraising, and awareness initiatives
Take on Team Lead responsibilities during events as needed
Provide excellent customer service to donors, supporters, and event attendees
Help identify and recruit new outreach associates as programs grow
Contribute to the training and mentorship of new team members
Passion for nonprofit work, charity, community outreach, or fundraising
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for social impact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
