About Us

The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for a Mechanic who will diagnose and repair issues and machines throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
• Prepare instructions for equipment management, work, safety and health, TPM and other instructions.
• Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop/plant tools when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and environmental standards and requirements in their work.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree /or equivalent in experience.
• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
