Introduction - The Pennsylvania Automotive Association has been in existence for over 100 years providing a variety of services to the franchised new car and new truck dealers in the state of Pennsylvania. These services are delivered through a family of companies, all of which are focused on providing exemplary customer service to our members. This position is located in Harrisburg, PA. Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up and sort incoming mail.
• Operate postage machine, mailing company outgoing mail
• Collect and sort documents
• Daily deliveries and pick-ups from PA DMV building
• Communicate with PA DMV staff in a professional manner representing our company
• Perform effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, detail-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes daily
• Computer literacy
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
