Salary: $83,000 - 94,000 per year Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Generative AI, ML Ops, AI and ML concepts, with practical experience using Azure Machine Learning for model development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and efficiently manage tasks during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• I will collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• I will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our existing systems.
• I will analyze substantial datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancements.
• I will ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions to align with business needs.
• I will monitor and optimize the performance of AI models to reach the desired results.
• I will stay informed about the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
• I will provide technical guidance and support to team members for AI-related projects.
• I will evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• I will create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• I will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• I will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI and machine learning strategies within our organization.

In terms of compensation, the annual salary for this role ranges from $83,000 to $94,000, contingent upon experience and the qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the respective terms of our applicable plans.
