  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • You must obtain your Property and Casualty (P&C) license before your start date and your Life license within 90 days of hire.

What We Offer:

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9 AM to 4 PM on Fridays.
  • Career Growth: We are committed to your professional development and offer clear paths for advancement, including opportunities to become a Sales Manager, a Specialized Sales Lead, or even a future Agency Owner through our mentorship program.
  • A Winning Team: Be part of a consistently top-performing agency that values teamwork, collaboration, and having fun!
