Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to maximize mortgage applications and production from sources that include branches, Credit Union website, partner referrals and realtors.

What You’ll Do:

• Performance - Constantly works towards exceeding established monthly individual and departmental goals for loan applications and funded loans. Effectively converts mortgage leads to full applications.

• Availability/Service - Maintain accessibility to borrowers, branch team and referral sources during normal business hours to ensure continuous communication with borrowers, branches, and referral sources throughout the loan process to provide an exceptional borrowing experience from start to finish.

• Organization – Effectively manage pipeline of work in a way that prioritizes constant communication with members. Ensures regular follow-up occurs with all leads and referrals in a timely manner throughout the process. Thoroughly document all member communication and action taken on files.

• Communication - Develops relationships with branch team members and other referral sources, represents the Credit Union at internal and industry events, business gatherings and social

What We Need:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete and pass NMLS licensing requirements.

Salary Info:

$21.84 - $27.30 / hour, plus incentives
