POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to uphold our reputation for excellence and contribute to improving our team's efficiency. 

Your Role on Our Team: 

As a Housekeeper at Palazzo Lakeside Hotel, you will ensure all areas of the hotel are spotless and inviting while strictly adhering to health and cleanliness standards. You will use your skills to clean different settings, adjusting your techniques to clean each unique space effectively.

You will also be responsible for communicating professionally with guests, responding to their needs promptly, and providing a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens 
• Make beds and change linens 
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies in designated areas 
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor 
• Follow established cleaning procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices 
• Proficiency in floor care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality housekeeping standards 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $12 - $14 per hour based on experience and achievement
