You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. **Position Purpose:** Follow protocols and chain of command as I will be the first point of contact. Support daily production activities as needed, develop at least one AI/ML model that can help the business with efficiency or cost savings, train team members once a week with knowledge sharing sessions, perform code & design walk-thru as the model is developed, create thorough documentation of BRD, design, development, audit, deployment, maintenance process with proper Visio flow diagrams illustrating each stage and overall picture, present to leadership on a high level and low-level walk-thru sessions at mid and end stages. Location: Can work in any of the 50 US States. Remote(summer): 40/hrs. a week, 12 week program (May-August2026) Pay Range :$18-26/hr. **Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.** + Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities + Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects + Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry + Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
