As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Engage with the public at retail events and community campaigns to promote nonprofit causes
Provide friendly, professional, and informative customer service to inspire donor support
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily campaign operations
Maintain accurate donor and customer records
Collaborate with team leaders to enhance campaign results and improve outreach strategies
Help onboard and support new team members
