Job Description

We are a neighborhood bakery and cafe with two locations in Brooklyn serving fresh baked goods, made to order breakfast and specialty coffee every morning into early evening. We are currently looking to to hire a full-time Bread Baker. We look for candidates who are passionate about good food, work well in a team environment as well as independently. You must have at least one year experience working in a professional kitchen baking sourdough bread, the ability to multi task, be highly organized, willing and able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50lb and can commit to working early morning hours with a start time at *4:00 AM*. DOH license and knowledge of Spanish language not required but a plus. This is a full-time position with room to grow with us as we expand our buisness. Please send us your resume and cover letter.
