General Business Manager

This is a nambe brand residential services HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical brand name organization, and Albuquerque’s most trusted name in home services, is looking for an experienced and hands-on HVAC Branch Manager to lead our growing HVAC team.

This leadership position carries full P&L responsibility for HVAC service and installation operations. We’re seeking someone who brings energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing people, while driving operational excellence and delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead with urgency, integrity, and professionalism, representing the Wagner brand.
• Manage all branch operations, including HVAC service, installation, customer experience, staffing, and profitability.
• Develop and execute branch-level strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Drive revenue and margin goals while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
• Mentor and coach HVAC managers, technicians, and support teams.
• Partner with leadership on talent development, training, and succession planning.
• Collaborate on recruiting efforts and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

What You Bring :

• 5+ years of HVAC leadership experience in a residential service environment.
• Proven success managing P&L, driving KPIs, and improving operational performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience overseeing both installation and service operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Sales and customer service background highly desirable.
