Leonetta is currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. We value individuals who demonstrate genuine curiosity and enjoy the creative aspects of the craft. We seek experienced bartenders with classical cocktail knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Bartenders are responsible for beverage service, guest satisfaction, and maintaining an inviting bar atmosphere while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menu.
We are currently focused on candidates wtih full-time availability and a minimum of 2 years experience in cocktail bars, hotels, fine dining restaurants, or equivalent. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise cocktail preparation according to standard recipes while maintaining efficiency during high-volume service
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine selections
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, including ID verification
  • Process accurate POS transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory management
  • Collaborate effectively with service staff and kitchen team
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including side work and cleaning tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of wines, classical cocktails, and current industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Toast POS experience preferred
