Job Description

A developer in Chicago is seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in ground up construction. This unique position offers the chance to work on both commercial and civil projects , with an opportunity to grow within an incredibly stable organization that values an employee-first driven culture.

What we're looking for:

* 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction (CTA project experience is a plus!)
* Knowledge of sub-trades and the construction process
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure project success through a focus on s afety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
* Keep projects on schedule and within scope
* Oversee all project phases, from conception to completion
* Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner
