Description We are seeking a recent college graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance for an Accountant position in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payables, balance sheets, journal entries, and more. Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions with precision. - Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of balance sheets. - Assist in preparing journal entries and related write-ups to support financial reporting. - Collaborate with team members to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships. - Apply advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions to streamline accounting tasks. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
