We are seeking an experienced, personable, and strategic  Traveling Field Implementation Manager to lead customer trials and new implementations across Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) and Operating Rooms (OR) nationwide. This role is ideal for an individual with deep SPD/OR expertise, proven leadership in process improvement, and a strong talent for building lasting partnerships. You will serve as the on-site implementation leader, guiding new customers through the integration of our system into their existing workflows—not as a service technician, but as a workflow expert, educator, and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to lead onboarding, trials, and full implementations of our system within SPD and OR environments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and expert resource during on-site implementations, guiding clinical and operational staff through new workflows to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with SPD and OR leadership to assess current processes and tailor implementation strategies for maximum efficiency and compliance.
  • Deliver hands-on training and education to end users, emphasizing system usability, workflow efficiency, and clinical value.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with frontline staff, department managers, and hospital administration to drive engagement and long-term adoption.
  • Document site activities, outcomes, and insights to support internal continuous improvement and customer success initiatives.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate degree minimum; relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sterile processing, SPD management, OR coordination, medical device field, or related clinical workflow roles. A combination of years of experience and education will be considered.
  • Talent Profile: Ideal backgrounds include SPD Educator, SPD Manager, OR Service Line Coordinator (CST), Project Manager in related healthcare Field, or Associate Rep with demonstrated leadership in training, implementation, or workflow optimization.
  • CRCST or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills—confident, relatable, and professional.
  • Experience leading training sessions and working collaboratively across various clinical and administrative roles.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to think strategically in dynamic clinical environments.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time; proximity to a major airport is essential.
  • Prior implementation, consulting, or management experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Extensive travel opportunities with full reimbursement.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company dedicated to improving hospital safety and efficiency.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
