Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and deliver best-in-class assortment and space recommendations that create win-win-win solutions for shoppers, retailers, and suppliers
+ Influence and guide retailers' beverage strategies to enhance category performance and drive sales
+ Build strong relationships with key internal and external customers to foster collaboration and support
+ Identify key business opportunities through collaborative planning and leverage industry insights to advance the Non-Alcoholic Ready-To-Drink Beverage category
+ Develop optimized assortment recommendations and shelf schematic planograms using advanced space management principles
+ Use data and insights to identify gaps in space utilization and present recommendations that influence customer decisions regarding space and assortment changes
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master's Degree
