Daily Responsibilities :

  • Partner with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to understand hiring needs for industrial electrical projects.
  • Source and engage electricians, electrical apprentices, and other skilled trade professionals through job boards, social media, networking, trade schools, and industry events.
  • Interview candidates to assess both technical expertise (low voltage, medium voltage, terminations, controls, etc.) and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruiting process from first contact to offer
  • Build and maintain relationships with vocational programs, apprenticeship coordinators, and trade associations to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, showcasing why Recore Electric is the contractor of choice for skilled trades professionals.

Requirements:

  • Recruiting experience (skilled trades or construction/electrical strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of industrial electrical work, certifications, and licensing requirements—or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you can connect with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
