**_Sheet Metal Mechanic_** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team for a high-profile industrial project in St. George, SC. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term assignment involving heavy-duty ductwork, fabrication, and installation in a fast-paced industrial environment. **Responsibilities** + Install, assemble, and secure sheet metal ductwork. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. + Measure, cut, bend, and weld sheet metal to required dimensions. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sheet metal work. + Proficiency with duct systems, hangers, and fabrication. + Ability to read mechanical drawings and work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification preferred. + Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This company offers a stable career opportunity in the Charleston, SC market with the mechanical trades.
