Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $18 – $28/ hourly
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview:

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator , you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process- transforming raw materials into precision-crafted products that support industry-leading signage solutions. This role is perfect for someone with strong fabrication skills , the ability to read blueprints , and a passion for hands-on work.

• Fabrication Expertise: Operate a variety of machines-including cutoff saws and hydraulic press brakes-to cut, bend, and shape aluminum sheets with precision.
• Accurate Assembly: Lay out, align, and assemble components with exact detail to meet strict specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow technical drawings to ensure accurate and flawless fabrication.
• Hands-On Work: Handle and move materials weighing 50 up to100 lbs. regularly, requiring strength and stamina.
• Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance and basic upkeep to keep machines running at peak performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience : 1-2 years in sheet metal fabrication or equivalent training-CNC experience required!
• Skills : Strong ability to read blueprints, and use hand tools and machines (e.g., presses, clamps).
• Math Skills : Apply basic math concepts like fractions, ratios, and percentages to your work.
• Physical Strength : Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role.
• Attention to Detail : Ensure precision with every cut, bend, and assembly.
