Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
Assignment Length: 3-6 months + potential to extend
Compensation: $45-55/hr W2

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis and drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone with 5–9 years of experience in both agency and corporate recruiting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships across teams.
About the Role As a strategic talent acquisition partner, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals and transformation initiatives. You’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer—across departments such as Clinical Services, Finance, Analytics, and Technology.
Responsibilities - Lead intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
- Draft and publish job descriptions across internal and external platforms
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and techniques
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries to hiring teams
- Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct compensation analysis and develop competitive offers
- Negotiate and extend offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both agency and in-house roles
- Proven success recruiting in healthcare, technology, analytics, finance, and operations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ultipro preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance (EEOC/OFCCP)

- Strong consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates
