- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field

- 5 years accounting experience

- Strong Sage experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations support month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has advanced proficiency with Sage accounting software (Sage Intacct Sage 100 or Sage 300) strong analytical skills and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $42-47/hour

This role is 2-3 days remote weekly

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes including general ledger maintenance journal entries accruals and account reconciliations.
• Lead month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements variance reports and management dashboards.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Process and review AP/AR transactions billing cash receipts and payment runs.
• Utilize Sage software to streamline accounting workflows improve accuracy and enhance reporting capabilities.
