Our client is a growing GovCon seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role will support month-end close, general ledger functions, journal entries and financial reporting.
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity, offering a hybrid schedule, one day onsite in Northern VA.
Deltek Costpoint experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and government contract regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and ad-hoc reporting needs.
