Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise at a publicly traded manufacturing company.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
- Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting and accounting operations.
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience (public company or public accounting background highly valued).
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
