Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Psych Pool
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: 3-Month Contract (Extendable)
Shift: Evening Shift
Pay Rate: $44/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Psych Pool for an exciting job in Phoenix, AZ.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and respond to youth health concerns; provide guidance on treatments and procedures.
Obtain and process blood, urine, and other specimens.
Monitor, record, and report changes in patient vitals and health conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and observe for adverse reactions.
Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted individuals.
Provide direct patient care and respond to medical emergencies for youth and staff.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical files, records, and reports.
Ensure medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked and accounted for.
Administer vaccinations and assist with annual TB skin testing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required: Active Arizona RN license, BLS certification, Fingerprint card.
Strong knowledge of professional nursing methods and techniques.
Ability to observe, assess, and document patient behavior and progress effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
