Are you passionate about empowering clinical teams through education and training? Join our mission-driven team as a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) and help elevate the quality of care across our community health system.
Your Role & Impact
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN), you’ll lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs that enhance staff competencies and support high-quality patient care. You’ll coordinate training across multiple sites, evaluate clinical skills, and collaborate with leadership to implement professional development strategies that align with our team-based care model.
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in nursing (AND) from an accredited program
Current California State Board RN license
2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in outpatient or ambulatory care
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and inspire medical staff
Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA driver’s license and insurance required
Bonus: BSN degree, community clinic experience, and knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes

The pay range for this role is $48.78 - $73.17 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
