We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance, compliance verification, and performance tracking for USACE project. This role requires daily on-site quality inspections, contractor oversight, and adherence to federal debris removal standards.

JOB ROLE OVERALL SUMMARY

As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the quality assurance and control processes to ensure that products or services meet established standards and customer requirements. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with various departments, such as production, procurement, and legal, as well as external vendors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and identifying areas for improvement. You will monitor project progress, analyze data, and report findings to stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Your goal will be to ensure that the project is completed within budget, timeline, and scope while adhering to quality standards and customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
• Identify areas for improvement and address non-compliant work.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for project progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define QC policies and procedures.
• Travel to project sites as required and work in remote locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting- USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, DOE. and EPA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in QCS, MS Office, RMS, Procure and construction software.
• Familiarity with government contracting systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• RMS Certificate

LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS:

• CQM- C (must have)
• RMS Certificate (must have)
• OSHA 30 hour (must have)
• 40 Hazwoper Certification (must have)
• EM 385-1-1 (must have)
• Competent Person Training (applicable areas)

Preferred Certifications:

Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt).

ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
