About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is open to all experience levels, from entry-level candidates to seasoned QA professionals. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through careful testing, documentation, and collaboration with development and product teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview requirements, specifications, and technical documents to identify testing needs.
Design, develop, and execute test cases , test plans , and test scripts .
Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory.
Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to resolve issues and ensure quality standards.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and Agile ceremonies.
Validate fixes and perform retesting to ensure issues are properly addressed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Maintain clear documentation of testing activities and results.
Support automation initiatives depending on experience level (optional for juniors).
Understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Ability to create and execute structured test cases and test plans.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Foundational QA knowledge through coursework, certifications, internships, or personal projects.
Interest in learning manual and/or automation testing.
Ability to work independently and manage test coverage across features.
Proven experience leading QA efforts across complex projects.
Strong understanding of testing strategies, risk-based testing, and QA best practices.
Experience mentoring junior testers and optimizing test processes.
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
Familiarity with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) optional.
ISTQB or similar certifications.
