As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Assisting chefs in assembling dishes to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
We’re seeking a Prep Cook with:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for food and a desire to grow your culinary skills.
