Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Planner to join our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth execution of production processes by coordinating material orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The Planner will work closely with engineers, planners, and warehouse teams to facilitate a seamless flow of materials and information.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
+ Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.
+ Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
+ Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.
+ Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing throughout the shift, which may involve bending, stooping, and twisting.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and inventory management systems, particularly SAP or a similar system.
+ Mid-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
+ Ability to analyze data to ensure stock levels and determine necessary orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working in an ambiguous environment with a readiness to adapt to change.
+ Strong soft skills, including adaptability, problem-solving, and multitasking.
+ Relevant experience is preferred
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite with shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, 4pm to 2:30am in Kirkland. Initial training will take place in Washington, with normal business hours expected during the training period. The role involves both computer-based tasks and physical responsibilities, with approximately a 50/50 split between the two. Flexibility to work at different locations may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
