We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Ashland/Flatland, Kentucky. As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid NP License in the State of Kentucky
• Wound Care Certification (preferred)
• Wound Care experience (preferred but not necessary – Company will provide all training)
• Working: 1 day per week
